Trying a new artistic direction is like entering an artistic cocoon and seeing what emerges when the time is right.
Blocking in the first layer. En Plein Air (In Plain Air (Painting outdoors)) is so amazing. It's like I'm painting with my entire body.
Scratching time.
Added some chunky layers. At this stage the piece felt nearly finished. However, something was missing. It just didn't seem explosive enough.
